Official Ceasefire with Hells Angels Long Island

Hells Angels Long Island have been a good friend of the Spartans MC for some time now. It is great to now officially call them a ceasefire. From there hopefully we can extend this relationship between the two clubs into allies.
81LI is composed of some of the coolest people on Grand Theft Auto to play with. They have the will to stay in a free mode war for the longer of the enemy. So, I suggest to the enemies to not mess with Long Island, if they need help they now have Spartans to back them up even more.
